What to do with my turkey?


Christmas time is arriving, and with it, a nice fat raw turkey.
If as us, at Rankmill,  you are not really used to cook a turkey, The Food Network has recently published a very useful post about Top turkey tips.

In a nutshell you cannot improvise when it comes to turkey! Knowing that it takes three days to defrost a 20 pounds animal and that you'll also need at the very least : a perfect knife, trusses, a meat thermometer and aromatic herbs, you'll easily understand that you have to think about it from now on.
